ABSTRACT
In this paper it is presented new morphlogical and anamotical dates about Veronica peregrina L. After the studies it has been found that at the vegetative organs level it can be meet either the primary strucure like at the root, or the primary and the secondary structure (stalk- has the primary structure at the bark level and the secondary at central cylinder level). At the cortical parenchyma from the root exist between his cells big intercellular spaces that form the cortical aerenchyma. This structure explains the presence of this taxon in floodable places or limits of roads where the water maintains a certaint period of time.
