ABSTRACT

One of the main problems related to onion crop is the one provided by the fighting against onion mildew, caused by the fungus Peronospora destructor (Berk) Casp.

Within the years with conditions favoring the pathogenic agent (excessive rainfall), the losses recorded successive to this attack reach 70-80%.

In order to understand some aspects related to the fighting against the pathogen agent Peronospora destructor (Berk.) Casp, attack on leaves, we have supervised the efficacy of the following protection complexes: Trichodex 25  WP 0,2% + Victenon 50 WP 0,05%; Bravo 500 SC 0,15 % + Actara 25 WG 0,01%; Previcur 607 SL 0,15% + Confidor 70WG 0,02%; Folpan 80 WDG 0,15% + Karate Zeon 0,02%; Ridomil Gold MZ 68 0,25 % + Victenon 50 WP 0,075%;–Ridomil Gold Plus 42,5 WP 0,3% + Mospilan 20 SP 0,025%; Dithane M45 0,2% + Fastac 10EC 0,02%.
