ABSTRACT

In a space adapted and special for a Pleurotus mushrooms culture was achieved an intensive technological flux in bizone system. The technological flux was unfurled in its main sequences starting from the cellulose material preparation its disinfection the mixing and the bagging of the material, the incubation of the mycelium and its fructification. Each sequence was unfurled inn specific conditions asked by the technology of used variety HK-35.  The researches were developed based on the research contract CEEX AGRAL and the obtained results were more than satisfactory
