ABSTRACT

 

This study presents aspect concerning the results of yeast ecology researches from several Oltenia viticultural centers. Because of the characteristic variability of climatic conditions, an analysis of climatic parameters during several years was developed, coming out the influence of those factors on yeast diversity from certain viticultural area.
