SUMMARY

The management of the teaching personnel’s academic activity within a university institution belongs to the general category of quality management. The software application that we have realized allows administration of all activity aspects: teaching activity, research activity, professional contribution, awards and honors, publishing activity, student-related activities, a.s.o.; the application also allows evaluation of these aspects through scientific methods.
