Our country has favorable pedo-climatic conditions for growing many vegetable species, but the naturally conditions are favorable only in some time  periods of the year, that's why you can't find fresh vegetables on the market all year round. To complete the daily ratio with a various amount of vegetables all year round and not only in some periods presents a major interest. To eliminate the deficitary periods, vegetable growers appeal to some protecting methods.
