SUMMARY

This paper presents the second part of the results obtained regarding the propagation by cuttings of some species decorative by leaves from the reduced size plants category, depending on the medium used for rooting.

The presented data refer to the evolution of the rooted cuttings after they have been planted in the pots up to the stage of commercial plant. The results indicate that most of the studied species had a slow growing process, except for Pilea spruceana and Hemigraphis repanda, that registered the highest values of vegetative growings.

It was ascertained that, in a short period of time (about 2 months), all the studied species got to the stage of commercial plant.
